As usual, people filled the parking lot of the Super8, frantically working on their bikes before the evening session.
Here is a view inside the fairing. The protrusion at the front of the frame visible in the previous picture docks with the aluminum fitting. Note that it is offset, and in fact, the entire front part of the bikes frame is offset, and the drivetrain is compensated to make a symmetric pedaling arrangement.
The weather looked positively evil at 4:30 as we all left for the evening runs. However, the rain held off. The wind on the other hand….

The only other complete run was Sam Whittingham at about 78 mph.
Trefor Evans had a tire start rubbing after hitting a big bump at the 2 mile mark. Tiffany Underwood pulled Firefly off the road at the 2.5 mile mark.
