Andrea had a puncture at mile 3 and laid Taurus down. Fortunately they were using their backup fairing from last year. Ken came very close to the men’s arm powered record (with illegal wind). Valina started successfully but went off the course at after several hundred meters.
Here Hans and Arnold are talking with Delft. Apparently Jennifer had a problem at catch where the video her primary monitor suddenly turned upside down.

Update: soup dragon is still at LAX and will be picked up in Reno tomorrow (Wed) morning. Russell will ride the Milan SL again tomorrow.
Ishtey Amminger became 7th Fastest junior ever and 2nd fastest junior on a Trike. This was his first successful qualification run. The junior Trike Record is 57.92 mph by Florian Kowalik also in the CO2 in 2015. Ishtey should go faster on the full 5 mile course.
Russell Bridge, of England, while waiting for Soup Dragon to clear customs, sets a new Personal Best (wind nonlegal) and gets a high placing on the all-time Trike list (exact position nnot yet determined).
Guillerme de France (is this his actual last name?) does his first ever battle mountain run (despite being here several times as the team captain). He has done a One Hour run in one of the previous Altairs at an Europe event. What is his age?
